How Content Assets Media Solutions handles information for CAMTV enquiries, payments and setup.

Last updated: 14 October 2026 · Content Assets Media Solutions

01Who is responsible for your information

Content Assets Media Solutions operates CAMTV and is responsible for personal information it receives for CAMTV enquiries, setup, subscriptions and support. Contact camtv01@gmail.com or WhatsApp +234 806 351 2891 about this policy or your information.

02Information we receive

We receive information you provide in messages or email, such as your name, contact details, device model, chosen plan, setup questions and support history. When you share a receipt, we may receive your payment reference, payment amount, checkout email and confirmation details.

Selar processes trial checkout information through its own service. CAMTV uses the transaction information made available to it to verify payment and arrange activation. Do not send card numbers, account passwords or payment OTPs to CAMTV.

Website hosting and embedded services may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information and requested pages when you visit or load their content.

03Why we use information

We use the information needed to respond to enquiries, check devices, match payments, activate access, apply your trial credit, provide support, process refund requests and maintain necessary transaction records. We may also use relevant records to prevent misuse and resolve disputes.

Depending on the purpose, processing is based on providing the service you request, fulfilling legal obligations, your consent where required, or a legitimate interest such as security that must be balanced against your rights. Marketing that requires consent must remain separate from the information needed to provide your purchased service.

04Service providers and external links

Your trial checkout is handled by Selar; WhatsApp messages are handled through WhatsApp; and email communications use email service providers. Information needed for activation or support may also be provided to the service delivery providers involved in your setup. Each receives only the information needed for its role or that you submit directly to it.

Links and embedded video content may connect you to third-party services, including YouTube. Their own privacy notices govern information they collect independently. We may disclose relevant information where law requires it or where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents or a legal dispute.

05Cookies, embedded content and advertising

Website services and embedded content may use cookies or similar technologies for their functionality. Loading an embedded video or following a link to Selar or WhatsApp can allow those providers to collect information under their own policies. You can manage cookies through your browser; restricting them may affect some features.

Running an advertisement on Facebook does not by itself mean a tracking pixel is installed on this website. If CAMTV adds advertising pixels or analytics, this notice will be updated to identify the tools, information collected and purposes, and any required consent will be obtained before that tracking is used.

06Retention and protection

We keep enquiry, support and transaction information for as long as reasonably needed to provide your service, handle refunds or disputes, and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. When it is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymised.

Access should be limited to people who need the information for service delivery. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Third-party providers may store or process information outside Nigeria; applicable data-transfer safeguards must be followed.

07Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where permitted, or restriction of or objection to relevant processing. You may withdraw consent for processing that relies on consent, without affecting prior lawful processing.

Contact us using the details below. We may need proportionate verification to avoid releasing information to the wrong person. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any lawful reason information must be retained. You may also raise a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission at ndpc.gov.ng.

We will update this page when our information practices materially change. The updated date shows the current version. For privacy enquiries, contact Content Assets Media Solutions at camtv01@gmail.com or WhatsApp +234 806 351 2891.
